    I’ve just started with Walk Active and love it it! At last a form of exercise I can enjoy. I’d love some tips on how to continue to use WalkActive techniques as I go about my day. I’m applying it as I walk whenever I can but wondered if there’s a more effective method of going up and down stairs for example? Any other ideas would be welcome.
