Each WalkActive Workshop focuses on a specific theme to guide you through the building blocks of the WalkActive System:

  • Technique + Posture: Level 1 June 15 th & 16th
  • Pace + Fitness: Level 2 June 30th
  • Slopes + Core: Level 3 July 28th

  • Tackle slopes with confidence
  • Learn the Ab J and WalkActive core walking
  • Improve your stride

The workshop to attend if you want to:

  • Improve muscle tone and core
  • Optimise stride length

The workshop to attend if you want to:

These workshops are practical based sessions, guiding you through specific drills and exercises + some continual walking targets so you can feel the difference in one session.

Please note these are follow on workshops from Technique & Posture Level 1. So expect to get warm and wear clothes that allow you to move your body freely, and footwear that allows full movement with flexible sole.
