Each WalkActive Workshop focuses on a specific theme to guide you through the building blocks of the WalkActive System:

  • Technique + Posture: Level 1
  • Pace + Fitness: Level 2
  • Slopes + Core: Level 3

  • Improve your posture
  • Feel the difference in one session

Who Should Attend:

The workshop to attend if you are:

  • new to WalkActive
  • want to brush up your basic WalkActive Technique and the foundation elements of the whole WalkActive System.
  • seek feedback on your WalkActive progress to date

These workshops are practical based sessions, guiding you through specific drills and exercises + some continual walking targets so you can feel the difference in one session.

Please note these are not targeted WalkActive workouts however expect to get warm and wear clothes that allow you to move your body freely, and footwear that allows full movement with flexible sole.
