Make sure your Wi-Fi or Mobile Data connection is strong

If you encounter issues, try closing the app from the background – go to your home screen on your smartphone, swipe up to access your background pages and flick up the WalkActive app so that it disappears from running in the background

You can also check your phone for updates, and consider logging out and back in or deleting and then reinstalling the app
