Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you reset your password:
- As you try to Log In, click on Forgot Password.
- Enter your account’s email address.
- Check your email for a “Change my password” link.
- Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.
- As you Set your account password, make sure to type your new password twice identically. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
- Click on Save Password when you are done.
- Now go back to the app and login using your email and the new password.
