How do you find Joanna’s responses in the Community?

1.      In the Community, go to the channel your message was posted.

2.      Messages are sorted by date, latest one at the bottom.

3.      The number of responses can be seen below each message. Clicking on it will show the whole response.

 

For easier access to messages/tags, please ensure your community notifications are turned on, this way you’ll get notified when:

•      Someone replies to your comment.

•      You get a direct message.

•      You get tagged in a channel.

 

To turn on your community notifications:

1.      Login into your WalkActive App on your phone

2.      Go into your Profile, scroll down and select Notification Preferences.

3.      Make sure that all points are swiped to the right (green)

 

Your Notifications History Page can be checked in your Profile, by tapping on the Bell icon on the upper right corner. Clicking on a notification takes you to the message, mention or comment the notification is about.
