Step 1
If you’ve already created an account and have an active subscription, please make sure you click LOGIN.
Step 2
If you’re logged in correctly, have an active subscription but can’t access the content, verify that you’re using the same email address used to purchase the subscription.
Apple users, ensure you signed up using your email, not the Private Relay email (Hide My Email option). Click here to check your Profile Page.
Step 3
Check that your account has not been deleted by mistake, as this often occurs. There will be an option to Restore Purchase.
Step 4
Go to the ‘Train’ tab, at the bottom of the app to view the content.
Step 5
Try deleting and reinstalling the app, as this will upgrade it and make sure it is the latest version.
Step 6
Double check you are logging in with the correct email address that you used to subscribe originally.
