    First class webinar – probably one of the top 5 I have attended – the enthusiasm, conviction and sheer joie de vivre of the presenter was impossible to resist. I’m both a marathon runner and a power walker and can’t quite believe how much I learned today in this free session! So very impressed I will be signing up for the linked course – can’t wait!

Her style is friendly and encouraging and I would imagine the teaching on the courses would reflect this.     What can I give that’s higher than 5? Clear, concise, beautifully delivered, fun, interesting and so helpful. I loved the advice Joanna gave, in such a warm and friendly way, and I learned so much. I love the idea of a post it note on the bottom of a shoe, such a simple idea that can change so much. Brilliant brilliant advice, I’m so pleased I signed up. The start of a journey (on foot, obviously!).

    I was re-reading Joanna’s book Walkactive Programme and searched on line to see if there were any workshops I could attend to try to see the techniques demonstrated. I found Joanna’s walkactive web page and registered- I was invited to my first webinar earlier this year and everything fell into place, perhaps for me it was the “walking out of your space” which really helped. Today has been my third webinar and I love actually seeing Joanna demonstrate how these adjustments enable you to propel yourself forward purposefully but with real grace- It is the most wonderful feeling when it all comes together and just puts a smile on my face- thank you so much Joanna.

    Joanna’s enthusiasm and energy are infectious, really help to replenish my motivation. The depth of Joanna’s knowledge is alwys apparent, in the precison of the instructions, giving me easy cues to follow and really improve the quality of my movement. I had just assumed that the tighness I often feel in my lower back during and after any walk was just, well, the way it is. I’m hughly encouraged to discover the simple reasona nd, even better, exactky what to do differently to make sure Im using the right parts of my body to avoid this discomfort.

    Just brilliant, thank you again, Joanna and everyone involved in bringing us the new app. Excelty what i need to keep walking and improve my fitness.
