What to expect:

Joanna’s WalkActive technique is an effective educational process that connects you with the way your body should move.  You will come away looking, feeling and performing better, all through walking. The technique has been scientifically proven to:

  • Improve posture & body shape
  • Reduce joint strain on knees and ankles
  • Increase walking speed by up to 24 %

On this 6 day residential retreat, Joanna & her WalkActive team will teach you WalkActive through a series of educational and fun workshops, workouts and walking challenges in and around the Club La Santa Resort. All designed to help you look, feel and perform better all through walking.

This event is for anybody who’d like to get more from their walking for health, fitness and body shape benefits. By learning the WalkActive technique you’ll improve your posture and walking technique, boost your cardio fitness and stamina as well as enjoy strength & toning benefits.

No boot camp mentality – just a super positive, supportive + fun environment to help you transform your body all through walking.
