Each of the 7 lessons on Get Started with WalkActive involves a daily walking task with a specific focus. I’ll ask you to practice this in 3 bouts of 10 minutes. These bite size focused sessions are more manageable plus best way to fast track your learning.

Each GSWA Joanna Coached 7 day programme has an official start date when you book your place, you’ll be part of a group of participants going through the learning process of WalkActive together, providing feedback on your experiences. You’ll learn a lot on this course but you’ll also learn a lot from fellow participants and their experiences. This combined with Joanna’s 4 x real time feedback and mentoring videos will significantly enhance your learning and enjoyment. Day 1 of this programme is September 14th.

Joanna leads Live WalkActive Coaching sessions to help your learning and catapult your WalkActive progress and results. Attend these sessions live or catch up online as part of your resources support tools on your WalkActive App.

    What a revelation! I found my posture improved as soon as I started walking through my feet, rather than onto them, and the rest seems to follow. Such a difference in the walking experience, I wish I’d have found Joanna sooner. I Can highly recommend this course, Joanna is fun, friendly, helpful and very accessible, answering e-mails and questions very promptly. The live sessions are brilliant and the videos in between are really useful. I love that they are there to be replayed whenever a little refreshing is required. If you want to walk better and feel better, sign up to this course, in my view you really can’t go wrong! Happy walking 🙂
